Good questions.
Clear answers.
What to expect from your review, what comes next, and how to get started.
Who is JobCradle for?
We’re starting with special education teachers and early intervention educators preparing for roles in Singapore, including candidates trained in Malaysia, the Philippines and India, local graduates and career switchers.
How does the free resume review work?
Upload a PDF, choose your role and destination country, and optionally add a job description. You’ll get feedback on qualifications, relevant skills, readability and how clearly your experience comes through.
What kind of file can I upload?
A PDF up to 5 MB. A text-based PDF works best. Scanned documents depend on the review tool’s OCR support, so exporting directly from your document editor is a good starting point.
Do I need an account to try it?
You can try the review without an account during beta. Account access, saved resumes and emailed results will become available as the portal opens.
Can JobCradle confirm my professional eligibility?
The review helps you see which details are present or missing in your resume. It does not confirm registration, work-pass eligibility or a job offer. Check the relevant authority’s requirements for your own situation.
What will the AI rewrite do?
The rewrite helps improve wording and structure while keeping your facts intact. It supports a two-page resume, explanations of edits, and PDF and Word downloads. Plan access is coming soon.
Can I speak to a person?
Expert consultations are planned at US$15 for a 45-minute Google Meet session, bought separately from a plan. Booking will open through the portal.
What happens to my resume?
Your file is processed to produce the review. Saved resume history is not available in this portal preview. Account storage and deletion controls will open together; the final privacy policy will be published before launch.
